September Smashes Records: Rivetwise Is Back on Track

Autumn is in full bloom, and here at Rivetwise we’re feeling the momentum. After six tough months of rebuilding this new chapter from scratch, September has been our best month yet and it feels like we’re finally getting back on our feet.

One of the biggest wins in this journey is that we are now officially ISO 9001 certified. This certification isn’t just a badge on the wall, it means our processes, quality management, and service are held to internationally recognised standards. For us, it’s proof of the effort we’ve put into doing things the right way. For you, it means working with a supplier you can trust to deliver consistently, efficiently, and with quality at the heart of everything.

We’re also constantly improving our website to make it faster, simpler, and easier for you to get what you need, whether that’s technical information, new product releases, or placing an order. Thanks to stronger partnerships with our vendors, we’re adding new products all the time, giving you more choice and quicker access to the tools and parts you rely on.

And while we’ve been working hard behind the scenes, our small but mighty team has kept things running brilliantly (despite well-deserved summer holidays being juggled around).

• A big shoutout to Charlotte, who has been absolutely stellar at keeping phones and emails covered, handling queries with care and efficiency whenever Troy’s been off.

• Huge thanks to Mike, our fantastic Operations Manager, who’s been hands-on in the warehouse, solving problems, sourcing stock, and making sure the team is supported (and yes, Slim Chickens, you really should sponsor him).

• Last but not least, Julian, our warehouse operative, has been outstanding in his first real test here, keeping on top of picking, packing, stock takes, and holding the fort when others were away. Brilliant work all round.
